Roaster's Choice Bundle
Not sure where to start? Our Roaster's Choice Bundle pairs two of our most-loved blends.
Silk Road offers notes of milk chocolate, dried fig, and brown sugar, while Arabian Garden has brighter layers of apricot, jasmine, and raw honey. Together, they showcase two distinct approaches to blending and make an ideal introduction to the Marco Polo collection.
Lemon / Black tea / Blueberry
Introducing one of our seasonal blends, Atlas, a powerful duo of two high-elevation Ethiopian coffees with dynamic profiles and balanced berry acidity. Light-bodied, it carries bright citrus and floral notes through and through.

Process: This lot is fully washed. Cherries are depulped, fermented for 36–48 hours, then washed clean and dried on raised beds. Careful drying helps preserve clarity and prevents over-fermentation.
