Our promise is simple: if something isn't right, we'll make it right.

01 Beans

Coffee & Roasted Goods

Each bag is roasted to order and packed fresh. Because coffee is a perishable food product, opened bags are non-returnable. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement at no charge.

Sealed, unopened bags may be exchanged within 14 days if you're not satisfied with your selection — we'll help you find a roast that suits your palate.

02 Equipment

Brewing Equipment & Accessories

Grinders, brewers, and accessories may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition with all original packaging. Items showing signs of use, missing components, or without original packaging are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, email us at hello@marcopolo.cafe with your order number. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item is defective.

03 Subscriptions

Coffee Subscriptions

Subscriptions may be paused or cancelled at any time through your account portal — no questions asked. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for the remaining days of an active cycle.

If a subscription shipment arrives damaged or incorrect, the same 7-day replacement policy applies.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where an error was made on our part. We ship from Houston, TX — roasted and dispatched within 2 business days of your order.
